Looks like you are getting the illumination level right. The images will not look lively until you get the materials and or lights to have a bit of color. The radiosity will bounce color off of the surfaces to enliven them.
I'd enjoy seeing the windows ganged together or given a rhythm, pushed to the ceiling. You might interesting results playing with the Wall > Curtain Wall type.
